BOOKING AND PRICES
Weddings at Harlestone Park, Northamptonshire
We offer support and advice in the lead-up to your wedding with a planning meeting beforehand and full management of the big day. We work with your wedding suppliers to ensure everything goes smoothly.
There are no hidden extras in our pricing.
Our room hire includes the chairs, tables, glass wear, crockery, cutlery, tablecloths and napkins.
We have a selection of ‘Harlestone Hire’ items including white chair covers and sashes in a variety of colours, table plan easel, cake stand, cake knife, table number stands, mirror or log center-pieces, card basket are all available to hire.

If you decide that you would like to hold your wedding at Harlestone Park
we are happy to reserve a date for you provisionally for two weeks at no cost whilst you make your
decisions and perhaps get in contact with your church or Registrar.
When you are ready to secure your booking we will send you a booking form and ask for a £500 deposit. Six months before your wedding, the balance of your venue hire would be due. (Please note deposits are non-refundable.)
We will invite you to a wedding planning meeting six weeks before your big day. Following these discussions we will send you an invoice for your food and drink requirements. This would be due three weeks before your wedding day. Please note final numbers are required to be confirmed at this stage.
