BOOKING AND PRICES
Weddings at Harlestone Park, Northamptonshire
We offer support and advice in the lead up to your wedding with a planning meeting
two months before and management on the day, including setting everything up.
We co-ordinate with your wedding suppliers to ensure everything goes smoothly.
There are no hidden extras in our pricing. As well as the chairs, tables, glassware, crockery, cutlery and linen being included,
you are welcome to use our table plan easel, cake stand, cake knife, table number stands, mirror or log centerpieces,
t-lights and holders at no additional charge.
If you decide that you would like to hold your wedding at Harlestone Park we are happy to hold a date for you provisionally for two weeks at no cost whilst you make your decisions and perhaps
get in contact with your church or Registrar.
When you are ready to secure your booking, we will send you a booking form and
ask for a £500 deposit. (Please note this is non-refundable.)
Six months before your wedding we will contact you and talk through the details of your day. From this information we will work out an expected cost of your wedding. We will then ask
for a further payment of 50 percent of the expected cost.
Final details and numbers need to be confirmed three weeks prior to your wedding. We will send your final invoice based on this information to be paid two weeks before your wedding.
